Factor Social is a company specialised in social management. It has a team of experts dedicated to crisis management with strong record working with environmental, social and health risks. Their capacity mainly builds on social and environmental sciences with strong abilities on risk management; attitudes, risk perception and risk communication; stress, resilience and business continuity management. The team is experienced on providing support on crisis communication to top management, and to provide psychosocial support to affected people, during crisis and recovery.

Our aim is to increase organisational and community resilience working preferably on preparedness and prevention stages through tailored communication and behaviour change plans and programs (risk awareness and behaviour change, improvement of safety culture and safety behaviours, strengthening social and human capital).
