About Crisalyde

Crisalyde was born in 2015 in response to the Paris attacks. After navigating and managing this crisis together, three colleagues and friends from the crisis center of the French Ministry of Health (CORRUSS) came to a shared realization: too few public and private organizations are truly prepared for crises.

Founded in 2017, Crisalyde is a consulting firm specializing in crisis management, communication, and training. Our mission is built on two fundamental principles:

• Crisis management is a profession—it cannot be improvised.
• Effective crisis preparedness requires a pragmatic approach grounded in real-world operational experience.

Crisalyde is an agile organization, led by experts with hands-on experience in managing complex crises. Our ability to adapt and take a pragmatic approach allows us to support a wide range of organizations before, during, and after a crisis.
