The Crisis Communications Network Europe is proud to announce Crisalyde from France as its newest member. Founded in 2017, Crisalyde is a consulting firm specializing in crisis management and communication. The idea for Crisalyde emerged in 2015, following the Paris attacks, when three colleagues from the crisis center of the French Ministry of Health (CORRUSS) recognized a critical gap—too few organizations, both public and private, were adequately prepared for crises.
With a team of seasoned experts who have managed complex crises firsthand, Crisalyde provides pragmatic, experience-driven training and support. Their approach is built on two key principles: crisis management requires expertise, not improvisation, and effective preparation must be grounded in real-world experience. Agile and adaptable, Crisalyde helps organizations navigate crises before, during, and after they occur—ensuring resilience in an unpredictable world.
“We are delighted to welcome Crisalyde to our network,” says Stijn Pieters from CCNE’s Membership Expansion Committee. “As France’s northern neighbors, we see great potential for collaboration with Crisalyde’s experts and look forward to working together.” Selim Miled, Président at Crisalyde, agrees with Stijn: “As a crisis management company deeply involved in developing operational resiliency, we are thrilled to join CCNE in order to share our knowledge and expertise with partners around Europe. We are convinced that we can achieve bigger goals by global cooperation in our field!”.
