On 30 January 2026, members of the Crisis Communications Network Europe (CCNE) gathered for an online training session delivered by CRISALYDE, focused on the Certified Lead Crisis Manager program based on the international ISO 22361 standard for crisis management. By investing in this collective capacity building effort, CCNE once again demonstrates its ambition: providing organizations with expertise grounded in the very best international practices.
The objective of the day was to enable CCNE members to master the core principles of ISO 22361, widely recognized as the global benchmark for strategic crisis management. However, this session was far more than a technical workshop as it embodied the very spirit of CCNE: crisis professionals working together, learning collectively, and exchanging experiences.
Through structured content, practical insights, and demanding scenario based exercises, participants strengthened their understanding of the standard’s requirements for topics such as:
- crisis governance and leadership
- strategic decision-making
- crisis team organization
- exercise design and performance assessment
At the CCNE our purpose is to enhance the growth and development of our members, agencies, and clients through strong relationships. Our goal is to work together on joint projects and undertake initiatives with an international reach. Members have access to numerous benefits, such as:
- Access to a broad network of similar agencies
- Continuous and structured learning opportunities
- Numerous opportunities for business, projects or cases
- Stronger negotiation position for international projects
- International publicity for the agency and its activities
If your organization is interested in partnering with CCNE, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
