At the Crisis Communications Network Europe (CCNE), our mission is to collaborate on projects that strengthen crisis preparedness and communication across borders. Since early 2025, several CCNE member agencies have been working together to support a multinational client in the food sector, with production sites and sales offices throughout Europe.
Our work includes delivering crisis simulation exercises focused on both food-related incidents (such as product quality issues) and non-food crises (like fires or power outages). In addition, we provide media training to the company’s national spokespersons.
What began as a pilot program in 2025 has since been renewed following highly positive feedback. The client values being able to access a network of agencies renowned for their local expertise through a single point of contact, while we at CCNE appreciate the chance to collaborate internationally, in doing so fulfilling our core mission.
